The services and the prices are jokes. I tried their promotional wheel alignment and suddenly they were checking the under chassis and said we had to replace a lot of suspension parts including rack ends, the shock absorbers and whatnot before they can align the wheels. They gave us the quotation and I was literally shocked at how expensive the prices were. To make things worse, the parts that they mentioned were just recently replaced by another service station about a year ago. I quickly left and got some second opinion from other shops. They checked all the parts that was mentioned by Speed Star and unsurprisingly the other shop found nothing wrong, in fact they were able to align the wheels without problems and up to now my car is running smoothly. Please do yourself a favor and never avail of Speed Star's services, you'll be sorely disappointed, I guarantee it.
