anong klaseng service ba yang nasa cebu pacific victoria plaza davao city hindi man lng marunong mag bigay ng exemption sa mga clients porket cut off na di mo mapakiusapan na mag purchased ng tickets buti sana kung isang seats lng ang kukunin e hindi 11 seats naman ang kukunin namin ah and di din naman kami huli dumating weve waited their for our turn tapos d lng kagad naka confirm sa kanila din naabutan lng ng cut off di na cla mag intertain sau d na mag papapurchased kc cut off na daw grabe naman po parang d naman po kami laging bumibili sa inyo.. sana naman po next time wag ganun tapos ung iba pang agent hindi mga approachable ayusin u namn po nga clients ninyo sa palagay u po kung wala ang mga clients ninyo my trabaho kaya kau???? ayusin nyo naman po service nyo....

What is happening to your service? We always made Cebu pacific cargo as our way of delivering goods to manila. But this time is so disappointing. You don't attend calls. You just let fax tone answer your customer's calling for query. Cebu pacific is a large company, yet can’t provide or employ a person that answers calls. I know it’s not a call center, but what about the satisfaction of your customers?
