I totally agree with you "xxx"............the people in your store should have more trainings and seminars!.THey are not so good to their customers! can you imagine they didnt serve me my extra order? and they ask my receipt and they saw I still have pending order. The crew didn't return for an hour and of course I am with my friends nagtitimpi lng talaga ako! then I saw another crew to ask it again and I told him the situation and the 2nd crew ask me the receipt again and I told him I gave it to the other crew and so he told me maam hindi po namin yan maiintertain pag wala ang receipt! utang na loob binigay ko nga sa kasamahan nyo! bakit ang tatanga ng mga tao sa greenwich? wala na ba kayong ibang ma hire jan? sa susunod ayos ayosin niyo yang service niyo kasi ang daming angal na sa inyo ang liit pa ng place niyo! YUNG CASHIER nyo nagmamadali ata kmi din naman ah! di na nila kailangan magiinarte na bilisan kim umorder! GMALL GREENWICH CGURO KAILANGAN NIYONG PUMASYAL SA STORE NA YAN...ang mga TRABAHANTE NAGIINARTE!...........PUMILI KAYO NG TAONG ihahire niyo!!!!!!!

i was really upset with the girl crew in gaisano mall branch. Bastos naman masyado. The 2nd floor was closed pero puno naman ang baba. so i went upstairs seeing na may mga cutomers naman dun. The girl crew approached me in a bastos way " close na baya". but i was still polite and said " puno man gud ang ubos" she then nodded in a snobbish way. She do after care in all the tables except in my table. na bastos talaga ako but i just waited na lalapit siya sakin para mapagsabihan ko. a minuntes later, a male crew approached me politely, "maam, pwde na sa baba nlng kayo kasi closed na kasi." then i asked, "may vacant na ba". he answered "yes, maam". He then, lead me to the vacant seat. I immediately approached him "excuse me sir, may concern lng ako, pwde mo bang mapagsabihan yang kasama mong babae na umayos sa pag approached ng customer". he then replied "okay maam, sorry kaayo maam.". Then as i am observing the girl crew. i think she is not really suite have a job because of her immoral attitude.
i was really disappointed with the service and training given to the crew in GREENWICH GAISANO MALL OF DAVAO.

Bad service! Sinabi ng cashier sa akin "ma'am serve na lang po namin after 20 minutes, syempre expected mo 20 minutes, pero tirik na ang mata mo sa gutom at lumampas na ang 20 minutes ay wala pa rin ang order mo.. uminit ang ulo ko sa crew, i told her that more than 30 minutes na kami nag-antay sa pizza, then di man lang sumagot. Dali daling lumayo sa akin, the service should be fast and the food must be served fast,,, kaya nga fastfood e tsk :/
